What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date if the item meets the eligible criteria below. If you reside in Canada, we offer free return shipping using our prepaid shipping labels. For returns originating from other countries, you may return your item(s) at your expense.
What is your Holiday return policy?
Items purchased between November 15 and December 31 may be returned through January 31 the following year if the items are unwashed, unused, and in new condition placed back in its original packaging.
Am I eligible for a return?
In order for us to approve your return, it must meet the following conditions:
- The item was purchased within 30 days
- The item is unwashed, unused, and in new condition placed back in its original packaging
- The item was not listed as 'final sale'
Do you offer FREE returns?
For Canadian Customers:
- Yes, initiate the return with us and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Kindly note, Eleet Golf will cover the return shipping costs, but the original shipping fees will not be returned.
For US Customers:
- The shipping cost of the item(s) being returned is at your expense. We recommend using a shipping method that allows you to track your package, as we are not responsible for item(s) lost in transit.
Do you offer exchanges?
We are unable to process exchanges online, so we recommend returning your order and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How do I return my order?
To start a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and online receipt. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How long do I have to return my order?
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you placed your order. Returns requested outside of this period will not be accepted.
What if my item arrived damaged?
We work hard to ensure our items are of the highest quality. If by chance your item is damaged or faulty, please email us at email@example.com so we can evaluate the issue right away.
